Director of Public Education for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Georgia
Kaleem works in the Corporate Education Industry, currently as a training specialist for an IT service management company. As a volunteer for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Kaleem is responsible for public education and outreach here in Georgia. This involves establishing a dialogue with the wider community to understand how the true philosophy of Islam helps Muslims contribute to our society in a meaningful and positive way. He is originally from England, where he graduated with a B.S. in Computing, moving here two and a half years ago with his wife and two children.
One of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community’s aims is to explore alternative energy sources for developing areas of the world, to deliver clean and equitable access to energy those in most need. Energy poverty badly affects many nations across the world, where the deprivation of energy provisions due to poor infrastructure and inequity has an enormous impact on the future development of its citizens and national improvement.
In his public presentations for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Kaleem consistently highlights Islam’s message that the vital role of justice must be the bedrock of strong ethical framework for our society’s dealings on all levels. His work advocates that unifying individual, community, national and environmental rights are essential to emerge from a fractured world to harmony.
